MASON ROAD RETAIL CENTER
The project consists of a one-story retail center in Katy, Texas, featuring a 3,500 sq. ft. pad site at the front and tilt-up steel structures with glass storefronts facing Mason Road. Design challenges included eliminating interior columns with long-span roof joists and integrating parapet wall returns using innovative structural bracing methods.
