BRAZOS TOWN CENTER II

Two independent retail buildings were designed for the Brazos Town Center, southwest of Houston. The first building features a multi-sloped front façade, large glazing, and an outdoor seating canopy, with structural steel supporting its unique design. The second building, constructed with load-bearing CMU, includes a distinctive corner tower with a hip roof and curved parapets.
