TGS Nopec aimed to create a flagship headquarters with both cost-effective construction and an impactful, memorable design, leading Gensler to propose a "Cube" structure that would appear to float. Pinnacle successfully brought this vision to life with an innovative structural solution, using vertical and horizontal steel trusses to support the Cube’s floating effect, while minimizing construction costs. The building's structural design included load-bearing tilt wall panels, composite floors, and a customized monument stair using steel plate elements.
