GREENS CROSSING – HD SUPPLY

The Greens Crossing Tract A project, located in north Houston at Interstate 45 and Beltway 8, is a 600,000-square-foot cross-dock warehouse with a 32-foot clear height. The building features tilt-wall panels of varying thicknesses, a single-slope joist roof supported by HSS columns with two expansion joints and associated lateral K-bracing, and integrated dock levelers, retaining walls, and ramps.
