RANKIN 59 LOGISTICS PARK

This 150,000 square feet front load warehouse is located immediately adjacent to Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The building consists of exterior, load bearing concrete tilt-up panels, conventional structural steel roof framing, modified chevron braces to support the roof’s expansion joint, and recessed tilt-up entrance flag panels at each end.
