PETER K. DEAN, P.E.

Pete joined Pinnacle in April 2011 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Senior Vice President in January 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware (2003) and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin (2005). With a career spanning parking structure design, wood-framed multi-family developments, and mid-to-high rise concrete structures, Pete brings extensive industry experience. He is proficient in various structural analysis, design, and BIM software. At Pinnacle, Pete has successfully managed projects across diverse sectors, including office, industrial, worship, multi-family, and adaptive reuse. Beyond project management, Pete directs the company’s overarching design decisions and leads the document quality control department, ensuring the highest standards of excellence. Pete’s solid theoretical background and diverse experience make him a key leader within the team.

Outside of work, Pete enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children in their central Houston neighborhood, and enthusiastically supports his kids' baseball and dance activities.
