In 2009, St. Martha Parish commissioned a 41,000 sq. ft. Sanctuary and a 7,000 sq. ft. Administration building on a new site, featuring timber trusses, a large cupola, and an 80-ft bell tower. Structural steel trusses and frames were designed to support glulam beams, clerestory windows, brick gable ends, and the detailed bell tower. The construction combined wood decking over glulam beams with structural steel for the high and low roofs, mezzanines for HVAC equipment, and additional framing to support the organ piping and cast stone features.
