Located in south Texas, Pinnacle provided the structural design services for the 4 administrative and support facilities for this industrial complex. The buildings include a 105,000 square feet three-story tilt-up office building, a laboratory and storage building which includes a 2-story tilt wall office building and pre-engineered metal building appendages, a steel framed emergency building, and a hazardous waste and material storage building.
