Sadler Clinic

The facility is a three-story, 60,000 square foot tilt-wall medical office/clinic featuring curtainwall elements at the front corners and main entry, with parapets screening rooftop mechanical units. Key challenges included integrating curtainwall with tilt-wall construction and providing lateral support for curtainwalls extending above the roofline. The structure utilizes joists and structural steel for the roof, steel composite beams for the floors, and concrete tilt-wall panels along the perimeter.
