GREEN BANK OFFICE BUILDING

This project is a four-story LEED Gold-certified office building with designated bank space, a three-lane drive-thru, and a mix of exterior finishes, including stone, masonry, glazing, and metal panels. Structural challenges included early issuance of foundation and steel packages, transfer girders, cantilever beams, limited x-bracing locations, and complex roof planes. The building primarily uses structural steel with composite floors, plus moment frames and x-bracing for lateral stability.
