Buffalo Bayou Brewing

This three-story building includes approximately 10,000 square feet of restaurant and event space with outdoor patios and 12,500 square feet of brewing and packaging space in a two-story volume, including mat foundations for process equipment and access mezzanines throughout. The building’s structure consists of exposed structural steel framing, composite floor systems, and numerous steel braced frames.
